Frequently Asked Questions
MOQ, lead time, payment, shipping and custom parts
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Small and mixed orders are welcome. There is no fixed container-sized minimum for catalogue parts — single boxes ship, and per-line quantities can be small as long as the total order is workable for export packing. For custom and OEM parts the minimum is set by the producing factory and is quoted against your drawing.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Within 30 minutes on working days, and on the next working morning for inquiries that arrive outside Mon–Sat 8:30–18:00 GMT+8. Complex lists — obsolete numbers, drawings, or a BOM with dozens of lines — can take longer, and we tell you so instead of leaving you waiting.
What is the typical lead time?
Around 10 days to 90% of global cities for catalogue stock, plus whatever production time applies to custom parts. Air freight is available when a line is urgent, and the quote always states which of the two you are buying.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Standard export terms. Bank transfer (T/T) against a proforma invoice is the default, and other arrangements can be discussed per order. Payment terms are printed on the quotation, so there is nothing new to negotiate at confirmation.
Can you supply custom or non-standard bearings?
Yes. Send a drawing, a sample or a worn part and we will quote a specification-equivalent, including material, clearance and sealing. OEM and special bearings are a core service here, not an exception.
Do you ship worldwide, and who handles customs?
We ship to distributors worldwide with a commercial invoice, packing list and certificates as required. Origin documentation for your customs broker is standard. Duty and import clearance stay with the consignee, and we supply whatever paperwork your broker asks for.
How do I know the parts are authentic?
We state the brand, origin and governing standard on every line, and for critical positions we supply material and dimensional certificates with batch traceability from heat number to delivery note. If a specification has been substituted, we say so before you order — never afterwards.
Can you help with selection and cross-referencing?
Yes. Send a model number or dimensions and we map the equivalents across the brands we carry, flag any difference in clearance, seal or accuracy class, and recommend a fit. Our technical library covers selection, fits, clearance and lubrication if you would rather read first.
