What to include in your request:
 

- Technical Drawings: Upload CAD files or dimensional sketches (we accept .pdf, .dwg, and .step formats).
 

- Performance Requirements: Specify load capacity, speed, operating temperature, and any environmental constraints.
 

- Quantity & Timeline: Note your target order size and desired delivery date.

 

Our process:
 

1. Our engineering team reviews your request within 24 hours to confirm feasibility.
 

2. We share a detailed proposal (including material options, cost, and lead time).
 

3. After your approval, we produce a prototype (if needed) for your validation.
 

4. Once the prototype is confirmed, we begin mass production and deliver your custom bearings on schedule.
