Once your bearing order is dispatched, our Order Tracking tool lets you stay updated on its progress—from our warehouse to your location.

 

How to track your order:
 

1. After shipment, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number (linked to your carrier’s portal).
 

2. Visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website, enter your tracking number, and view real-time updates (e.g., “Dispatched from warehouse,” “In transit to [country],” “Out for delivery”).
 

3. For bulk sea freight orders, we’ll share a bill of lading (B/L) and update you on port arrival/departure times.

 

If you notice delays or issues: Contact our customer service team directly via the tracking page—we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve problems quickly.
